The County of Spotsylvania, Virginia is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to provide construction services related to Parks and Recreation Outdoor Court Replacements. The County is pursuing upgrades to the following outdoor sporting courts: Cosner Park tennis/pickleball, Cosner Park basketball, Chancellor community center tennis/basketball, and Marshall Park basketball. The basis of design is to upgrade the courts in a similar manner by applying post tension concrete with a color coating system. Final stabilization and fine grading around the perimeter of the court is required. Striping for the tennis/pickleball courts shall be a combination of tennis and pickleball striping for dual use. There are fencing specifications applicable to the tennis/pickleball courts. Each court location shall have its own breakout price per the bid form. The site of the proposed work is on County owned property, public streets, easements and/or other right of ways, as shown on the plans.
