Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful consultant shall provide services to the County that achieve a comprehensive community vision of parks and recreation services. At a minimum the planning effort would include the following: Project Initiation & Management • Project Initiation Meeting – The consultant shall conduct one (1) project initiation meeting with the Director of Parks & Recreation and/or Leadership Team. • Project Plan – The consultant shall develop a document summarizing project schedule, scope, budget, team roles, risks, and other project attributes requiring active management throughout the project. The consultant shall update the project upon the completion of milestones and/or following major changes to project attributes.
