The Department is seeking quotes to enter into contractual agreements with persons, vendors, suppliers, etc., to provide recreational classes, trips, and programs for ages preschool to adult. Offerors must demonstrate qualifications and knowledge of subject matter. Programs must be suitable for community-based recreational and leisure services and may be offered indoors or outdoors. Programs may be offered for year-round, select weeks, or just for one day. Successful offerors must agree to meet with appropriate staff when necessary and will be responsible for the provision of any necessary supplies. Past activities and programs have included dance and music lessons, fitness classes, introductions to sports and sport clinics, wellness activities, day trips and tours. We welcome new and innovative activities and programs to join and expand our community-based services. Selected activities and programs will be advertised in the Frederick County Parks and Recreation Activity Guide, social media, radio and television.
