Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials necessary tofurnish, install and maintain parking meters at various locations at NOVA. The College requires theContractor to provide a system with features and functionalities including, but not limited to:1) EQUIPMENTThe following specifications are intended to define the minimum level of quality andperformance of the requested product:a. Accept payment by coin, credit card, debit card, smart card.c. Use existing single-spaced meter poles, housings, coin containers and collectiontechniques.d. Meters that operate in an independent network environment, meaning that each meter iswirelessly enabled to communicate without the installation of any additional networkingequipment or ancillary infrastructure.e. Capable of operating in a stand-alone mode in the event the network environmenttemporarily fails, until the network environment is restored.f. All card readers integrated into the meter mechanism itself or explain how reader issecured with the meter housing.g. All meter products must be Payment Application - Data Security Service (PA-DSS)compliant and all service providers must be Payment Card Industry Data SecurityService (PCI-DSS) Level 1 certified
