• Contractor is responsible for any damage incurred during the service. Damage must be addressed within 24hrs. • Contractor shall provide all needed barricades and post signage and assist with traffic to protect vehicles and pedestrians from risk, harm and damage while work is in progress. The contractor shall secure and barricade disturbed and unsafe areas of the work site before the end of each workday to ensure pedestrian and drivers’ safety during non-work hours flow in appropriate areas where work is being performed. • Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools parts and materials necessary to perform the following services. • Before restriping of parking lot Contractor shall clean area by sweeping, flushing or other means necessary to remove all debris from area to be painted. • Contractor shall legally dispose of all demo materials off site. • Contractor shall ensure markings and designs meet all current American with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) • Contracted is responsible for verifying size of each area to be painted. • College will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are not in areas to be serviced.
