The Offeror should provide all labor, supervision, tools, material, equipment, transportation, and management necessary for the services. The Offeror shall have the responsibilities and capabilities to provide: 1. A detailed fee proposal (See Attachment A). 2. Event Management and coordination with local entertainment venues. 3. Collection and accounting of parking fees. 4. Technology is appropriate for the parking deck. 5. Marketing plans and execution, including webpages and online services for the public. 6. Day-to-day repairs and maintenance. 7. Data and Reputational Security. 8. Regular reporting and revenue projections provided to Virginia Housing. 9. Security Services (Not providing security will not automatically disqualify the respondent)
