Scope of Work: Respondents are asked to provide written descriptions of all labor, supervision, tools, material, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide Parking Deck Management Services which you believe would be necessary. • The parking deck will be a four (4) level garage with 281 spaces. • The parking deck will be located at 2nd and Spring Street directly behind Virginia Housing Headquarters at 601 South Belvidere Street, Richmond, Va 23220. The parking deck will be positioned adjacent to the new Allianz Amphitheater and close to riverfront attractions. • All spaces will be available to the public during non-business hours (evenings and weekends). • During regular working hours (8-5 M-F), an access of a mixture of public and Virginia Housing employees parking is expected, with badge access for employees.
