Specifications include, but are not limited to:General Requirements: The Successful Offeror shall provide all labor and supervision, equipment, materials and meeting space in order to provide the following: 1.Conduct parent education classes for individuals referred from the Henrico County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. 2. Obtain appropriate meeting space for the Parenting Education Group. Offerors should identify locations within Henrico County that are reasonably accessible to all participants. 3. Provide for day, evening and Saturday timeframes for individuals to attend sessions. Offerors should identify in their proposal submission proposed schedule of available sessions, information on minimum and maximum class sizes and if sessions will co- mingle individuals from other court systems
