Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to paint/finish all surfaces in a professional manner. Vendor shall be required to perform any and all associated and incidental work that may be required to successfully complete each project. N. Vendor is responsible for all surface preparation to include scraping, sanding, caulking, etc. and the application of paint, stain, etc., so that the finished product has the appearance expected from a professional painting company. O. Vendor should be available for any and all interior and exterior painting jobs required by the County during the contract period. Note that the selected vendor does not need to be immediately available, but should be able to schedule work within an approximate 2-4 week period, when needed.
