Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide reentry, rehabilitative, employment, and educational services for male and female populations of the PWMRADC. Provide programming that is evidence-based, addresses criminogenic needs, includes cognitive therapeutic life skill classes, and be designed to reduce recidivism. Propose the curriculum and programming to be provided in the PWMRADC, such as job readiness training, criminal thinking, impact of crimes, parenting, and financial management. The PWMRADC reserves the right to negotiate curriculum and programming selection. Address whether treatment programming will be open enrollment for incarcerated inmates or be a closed session with a completion date. Include a sample six-month programming schedule, with a detailed description of each class. All program materials require pre-approval from the PWMRADC Director of Classification and Treatment or the designee. Provide PWMRADC with programming and re-entry services 5 days per week with service hours that meet the needs of the inmates and support the operation of the PWMRADC. Provide potential hours of operation, including days and times when services can be provided to PWMRADC inmates in both the general population and re-entry dorm. Provide programming in English. Programming in Spanish is also preferred but not required. Provide one-on-one counseling to inmates relating to behavior awareness and modification. Provide and maintain an on-site clothing closet for the benefit of inmates attending court, funerals, and pre-release needs. Provide a plan to transition inmates from the PWMRADC back into the community.
