This project consists of the installation of new power and data in existing walls, existing judge’s benches, existing jury boxes and above ceiling. Modifications to existing judge’s benches, jury boxes and installation of new enclosures in jury boxes for power / data pathways and AV Equipment. Installation of under carpet track for power and data from existing judge’s benches and jury boxes to tables. As well as providing new Litigant Tables, Lecterns, carpet and other items per the plan for each courtroom. The project will be done on a courtroom-by-courtroom basis. Only one courtroom can be nonusable at a time. All work must be completed within (4) Four weeks for each courtroom. New Litigant Tables, Lecterns and jury box monitor enclosures for all courtrooms are to be manufactured and ready for installation prior to work in the courtrooms commencing. All AV equipment, data cables, AV cables, racks, speakers, and monitors are provided by others and installed by others concurrently with the scope of this project.
