The Judicial Center Building located at 9311 Lee Ave, Manassas, VA 20110 requires the addition of a new courtroom on the first floor within the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Division. This will be accomplished by combining existing rooms 128, 134, 135, and 137 into a single space. The project scope includes demolition; rerouting and modifying existing mechanical systems as shown on the plans; rewiring existing electrical systems and installing new components as specified; reconfiguring existing walls and ceiling assemblies; installing new A/V systems; constructing new metal stud walls, drywall, and ceilings; and installing new finishes, including carpet flooring, base paint, light fixtures, millwork, and casework.
