Specifications include, but are not limited to: Arlington County (“County”) seeks to establish a Contract with a qualified firm to provide preventative maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation services for security systems at the Arlington County Justice Center. The Arlington County Justice Center is located at 1425 North Courthouse Road and is comprised of the Courthouse and Detention Facility. The Courthouse is a fourteen (14) story building containing the Sheriff’s Office, the Police Department, the Emergency Communications Center, and the offices and courtrooms for Circuit, General District and Juvenile Courts. The Detention Facility is a twelve (12) story highrise facility with a physical capacity of seven hundred and nineteen (719) beds. The following systems are included under this Work: 1. Pneumatic, Electro-mechanical, and Mechanical Locking Systems and Associated Control Systems, 2. CCTV Systems, 3. Intercom and Paging Systems, 4. Perimeter Intrusion and Detection Systems, 5. Electronic Programmable Logic Control (PLC) Systems, 6. Touchscreen Consoles, 7. Personal Duress Systems, and 8. Access Control Systems.
