The School Board of Orange County, Virginia has accepted a proposal for review from Gilbane Building Company for the Orange County High School Career Technology Education Building to be developed at 201 Selma Road, Orange, Virginia, in accordance with the Public Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002, Chapter 22.1, Title 56 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended and the School Board’s Guidelines for Implementation of the Public Private Educations Facilities & Infrastructure Act of 2002. The School Board intends to evaluate the proposal, and will advertise the proposal for competing proposals. After this competitive process, the School Board may negotiate an interim or comprehensive agreement with the proposer based on the proposal, and will accept for simultaneous consideration any competing proposals that conform to the Act and the Guidelines
