1) Water and Sewer Plans review to assist administration of the local Code, Chapter 22. 2) Soil and Erosion, Stormwater, Subdivision, Site Plan, and other planning and building reviews of proposed projects for multiple departments including but not limited to General Properties, Development Services, Parks and Recreation and Economic Development. 3) Engineering and Architectural Studies related to economic and community development (such as site development, utility, road, water and sewer, transportation, planning studies and other infrastructure planning) for multiple departments including but not limited to General Properties, Development Services, Parks and Recreation and Economic Development. 4) Facility planning and development (new and renovation/rehab) including space planning for multiple departments including but not limited to General Properties, Development Services, Parks and Recreation and Economic Development. 5) Grants development related to community and economic development. 6) Environmental engineering and development 7) Geotechnical Engineering 8) Project Management and Administration Services 9) Building Plan Review and Third-Party Building Inspections 10) Surveying Services
