Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Peninsula Airport Commission (hereinafter referred to as “PAC”), acting by and through its Executive Director, will accept qualification proposals from architectural and engineering firms (hereinafter referred to as “Offerors”) to provide professional services as required by the Commision to assist in the planning, design and execution of the multiple terminal improvement projects at the Newport News Williamsburg Airport; 1. Creation of Program Definition Documents and Design Documents in accordance with the Commissions' latest Master Plan and approved Airport Layout Plan (ALP) as well as the working Master Plan for the future in accordance with our ACIP Plan. Design of enabling projects as may be required to proceed with the projects listed in our current and working Master Plan. 2. Using an electronic program approved by the Commission, prepare detailed plans and specifications for the solicitation of competitive bids to accomplish selected projects. These plans and specifications shall recognize that the installation must allow for the continued operation of the Airport with minimum inconvenience to the public as well as tenant and airline operations.
