Goochland County School Board (“School Board”) is soliciting informal, “unsealed” bids for labor, supplies and materials to provide complete and satisfactory pest control treatment for all GCPS facilities on a semi-annual basis in addition to specific areas that will require monthly treatment. The Successful Bidder shall inspect, identify, monitor, evaluate, and choose the appropriate and effective method of control. Control strategies in this program shall extend beyond the application of pesticides to include methods that reduce the food, water, harborage, and access used by pests. The Successful Bidder shall furnish all tools, labor, materials, insecticides, pesticides, bait boxes, trapping devices, equipment, pest surveillance and detection equipment, pest monitoring devices, and supervision necessary to provide delivery of pest control services of various pests, insects, and rodents (included but not limited to rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, spiders, lice, and flies) at GCPS locations. Services shall result in no live evidence of mice, roaches, or insects between treatments.
