Specifications include, but are not limited to: preservation of current parking deck entrance systems with periodic preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as maintenance of loading docks and automated vehicular gates throughout the campus which mostly require immediate service when security is impacted. These facilities are used by employees of the Capital Complex in Richmond, Virginia. These facilities are used on a daily basis as well as providing additional security services during special events. The parking decks that are included in this solicitation for repairs and maintenance are as follows: Deck P3 - Bank Street Deck located on Bank Street located at 1201 Bank St between 11th and 12th Streets. Deck P5 - Parking located under the James Monroe Building at 101 N 14th Street. Deck P8 - The Tyler deck located at 1300 E. Main St. Parking deck access is located on 14th Street and Bank Street.
