Respondents are asked to provide a comprehensive scope of services that covers Oracle PeopleSoft consulting, an in-depth review and testing of application modules, and the development and delivery of targeted training programs. The review should be detailed enough to enhance our understanding of our current modules, identify potential additions, upgrades, or customizations, and offer strategies for optimizing the use of our existing resources. The training program should specifically aim to enhance our sourcing and procurement processes by focusing on the specified modules. 1. Providing relevant services to include but not limited to review, process testing, development and delivery of training, and consulting for the following applications and modules: a. eSettlement b. eSupplier c. eProcurement d. EDI Processing e. PO Confirmations f. Contract Module 2. Providing additional consulting services to include but not limited to the following: a. Applications Integration b. Application support c. Module Support 1) Review Contract Module to aid the Procurement Team in realizing efficiencies in uploading Contracts to include pricing, maintain data integrity when supplier ID changes, and removing Contract data from Non-Contract PO’s after the PO is complete to maintain data integrity. d. Customizations recommendations e. End user documentation creation and updates f. End user training g. Supplier integration
