Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Transportation District Commission of Hampton Roads, operating as Hampton Roads Transit (HRT), has a requirement for the renewal of its PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Annual Software Support. HRT procured and implemented PeopleSoft 8.4 Financials and PeopleSoft 8.3 Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) software in phases from 2002 through 2003. The PeopleSoft HRMS 8.3 software was upgraded in 2013 to the current PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) System 9.1. The PeopleSoft Financials software is strategic to the agency’s ability to accurately perform Federal financial reporting. Financial modules purchased include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, eProcurement, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Project Accounting, Asset Management, Grants, Strategic Sourcing and Contracts.
