Specifications include, but are not limited to:Successful Offeror shall operate and manage the Tabernacle and, optionally, the picnic pavilion. b.Successful Offeror shall pay a monthly fee and a percentage of monthly gross receipts each month as presented in their proposal. The fee and gross receipt percentage payment will be due on the fifteenth day of each month during the term of Contract. Proposals must include the amount of this payment (monthly fee and percentage of monthly gross receipts) along with specific information on the management and operational services to be provided by the Successful Offeror which shall be used as a component of the selection criteria. c.Successful Offeror shall provide a list of all planned, contracted and scheduled programs, events and activities including dates, program/event/activity duration, description, estimated attendance, usage fee and any other fees and gross income expected (“hereinafter the Event List”) to the Town no later than December 1st of each year. d.On a quarterly basis in the months of January, April, July and October, the Successful Offeror shall update and submit a revised Event List including all programs, events and activities that were held that quarter, attendance and all receipts received based on actual operations and submit the revised Event List
