The Contractor will provide a single OSINT solution that supports the investigations and analysis conducted by the ACPD Social Media detective, streamlining and optimizing workflows surrounding investigation, analysis, and production of case reports based on publicly available OSINT. Requirements for the software solutions include all equipment; installation; software; hardware; infrastructure, including network, security, training, shipping, and transportation; and services included in this RFP, including but not limited to interfaces, training. and 24/7/365 support. The Contractor must provide all parts and labor necessary to maintain System availability of 99.9%. The Contractor is responsible for the following, as detailed in Attachment B: Tab B.
