Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor shall provide access to information via the internet 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year without additional software. Standard web browser software shall be the only tool necessary to access online services proposed. 2. Contractor’s software shall be compatible with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer versions 9 and 10. 3. To ensure the privacy of the searches completed by the individual user and to ensure the connection to the Contractor’s online legal research database is secure and to prevent unauthorized access, the Contractor shall provide encrypted transport capability along with secured password protection. 4. Contractor should update its information at least daily to ensure access to most current information. 5. Contractor shall provide for file downloads to individual user’s computers and/or printers in Rich Text Format (.rtf), Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats
