Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Online Computer Assisted Software Subscription: The required Online Computer Assisted Legal Research Service shall include all necessary software, searchable databases, software licensing, and user guides/manuals to provide the VWC complete and comprehensive legal research capabilities with respect to the databases specified herein, as may be required to properly discharge their duties. Users of the “Online Service” must be able to access the service through the Internet to the contractor’s web-site or through the contractor’s software 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The software shall be compatible with Windows 7 (32 and x64 bit), Windows 8.1 (32 and 64 bit), and Internet Explorer 8-11. The databases in the “Online Service” service shall provide full-text search capabilities. The minimum required searchable, full-text databases and services to be included in this flat-rate contract shall include but not be limited to, the following: Federal judicial and administrative decisions, including U.S. Supreme Court cases Federal statutes and regulations
