Specifications include, but are not limited to:: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with one qualified source through competitive negotiations, to provide Online Computer Assisted Legal Research Service (CALR) for a flat rate to be used by the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission, which shall be hereinafter referred to as the VWC, or agency. II. BACKGROUND: The primary functions of the Workers' Compensation Commission are to process and adjudicate claims, provide information and monitor awards in workers' compensation cases. The reason for the contractual service contemplated herein is to provide the VWC proper resources in order for the staff of the VWC to discharge their duties.
