SCOPE OF WORK: Gloucester County uses onsite document shredding services at various times. These services are predominantly performed by the records retention officer but there may be instances where these services are needed throughout other County Departments. Generally, these services involve one scheduled site for the documentation destruction, but multiple sites could be scheduled. Although it is unknown when these services may be required, it is anticipated that a significant destruction effort will be required during the summer break for GCPS school system of approximately 400 banker boxes. The County’s Treasurer’s Office requires an ongoing 8-week service of 96-gallon bins. Although this is most significant need for the services in the near future, it should not be considered as the only need for future services.
