Possess and ensure its dispatch service is capable of handling advanced reservations as well as emergency requests. The dispatch service must be able to receive and confirm requests via telephone, text, fax, and e-mail within a 24-hour timeframe from receipt of a request. 2. Guarantee vehicle transportation services for all Loudoun County residents participating in the OnDemand Transportation Services program. 3. The transportation provider shall maintain a fleet of at least two (2) vehicles compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for wheelchair accessibility. If one or more ADA wheelchair-accessible vehicles become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unexpected issues, the transportation provider must have contingency plans to ensure that alternative accessible transportation options are readily available for affected passengers. 4. Possess and utilize a two-way communication system linking all vehicles with dispatchers. The dispatchers shall be employees or contractors of the Contractor. 5. Visibly display on its vehicles, and in all communications whether verbal or in writing, the company name/logo for identification purposes whenever the Contractor is providing services to the County clients. 6. Call the clients’ listed contact number fifteen (15) minutes prior to arriving at the scheduled time and location. 7. Possess the ability to provide translation services.
