General A. Contract Management The Contractor shall provide a single, primary point of contact to the City to track and manage the overall contract and respond to the ongoing incoming requests for each task order. This individual shall provide oversight and management to coordinate the various tasks and subconsultants, ensuring compliance with the contract provisions. B. Project Management a. Each awarded task shall be assigned a Project Manager. The Project Manager shall be responsible for scheduling, tracking, reporting, and invoicing for the various tasks and ensuring all quality assurance/quality control measures are completed prior to any submission to the City. b. The Contractor shall submit monthly invoices, due by the 15th of each month. Each invoice shall include the number of hours worked per task, work completed during the billing period, work anticipated for the next billing period, and the remaining task budget. c. The Contractor shall create and maintain a project schedule for each task in consultation with the City. d. The Contractor shall conduct kickoff meetings, site meetings, regular project meetings, comment review meetings, closeout meetings, and other ad hoc meetings as specified in each task order.
