GROUP 1: TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AND ANALYSIS 3.1.1 Transportation studies such as corridor and sub-area studies, traffic signal timing, traffic control plans, traffic counts and data collection, traffic impact studies, environment analysis, and roadway & streetscape design. 3.1.2 Traffic engineering analysis and studies. 3.1.3 Travel demand modeling and traffic simulation. 3.1.4 Public transit & mobility corridor and planning studies. 3.1.5 Bicycle and pedestrian planning and engineering. 3.1.6 Public outreach and involvement to include stakeholder meetings, public meetings, survey creation, and public meeting report development. GROUP 2: TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING AND DESIGN (Federalized) 3.2.1 Boundary and Topographic surveying, underground utility locating & designation, and final plat creation. 3.2.2 Right-of-way services to include basic acquisition reports (BAR), appraisals, appraisal reviews, title search reports, offer letter creation, and negotiation services. 3.2.3 Environmental documentation preparation for both NEPA and SERP, and permit assistance. 3.2.4 Geotechnical investigations related to roadway and stormwater management features. 3.2.5 Public outreach and involvement to include public meetings, survey creation, public hearing report development, and citizen information meetings. 3.2.6 Design services
