The County desires to have a full-service team, including consultants with the ability to do large and/or small projects as one working unit or an established team. The Offeror shall submit necessary consultants in order to constitute an entire project team, with full services. The Offeror is not required to have all disciplines within the firm's office but to have established working relationships with the necessary consultants in order to provide the services outlined below. I.3.1 The services required may include: • Interior Design: Space planning, design layouts, material and finishes selection, furniture and fixture selection, and sustainable interior solutions. • Architectural Planning: Preparation of architectural design documents, code compliance analysis, coordination with other professionals (engineers, contractors), and assisting in regulatory approvals. • Project Documentation: Preparation of drawings, specifications, and reports for construction. • Construction Administration: Oversight during construction to ensure adherence to design, quality standards, and budget constraints. • Consultation & Coordination: Engaging with county departments and contractors to ensure the successful execution of each project, with focus on meeting functional and aesthetic requirements.
