A. Contractor General Responsibilities: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals required to complete and satisfactorily perform various electrical service projects as identified by the Owner’s representative. Services include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical devices and equipment in water treatment plants, water towers, sewer pump stations, and various office and school buildings. 2. Troubleshoot, install and/or replace lighting, sports field lighting, wiring, heattrace, switches, and/or outlets per the National Electric Code (NEC). 3. Troubleshoot, replace, assemble, perform inspections and/or install various emergency generator switchgear, building switchgear and provide technical advice to the Owner regarding various facility electrical systems. 4. Troubleshoot, replace, assemble, perform inspections and/or install various commercial electrical control panels that include breakers, disconnects, relay logic, ladder logic, PLC -Programable Logic Controler, VFD- Variable Frequency Drive and Soft Start starters. 5. Troubleshoot, provide, replace and/or install control and logical equipment such as limit switches, counters, timers, and relays. 6. Limited design related to sizing and specifying wiring, conduit, and other components. 7. Troubleshoot, install, replace and repair circuit breakers and motor control systems for systems up to 3-phase 480V. 8. Offeror shall provide a solution for turn-key emergency/after hour repairs. The County desires the Offeror to have 24/hour access to inventory parts (or to a thirdparty parts supplier) to aide in emergency/ after-hour repairs. The Offerors shall submit a solution for the County to consider. 9. HVAC service and repairs to a variety of heat pump units as well as hot water boilers, small chillers, and AHU’s. This may include but not required geothermal units. a) Familiarity of reciculation pumps and motors associated with heating and cooling equipment. b) Replacement of these systems when applicable. c) Capacity to manage control wiring and devices in small commercial environments. 10. Capacity to snake and jet out sanitary lines as needed. a) Familiarity with water heaters (gas and electric), pumps, wells, and commercial domestic cwater supply.
