This project consists of the interior renovation of some spaces within the Christiansburg Recreation Center. The existing lounge beside the main entry will be enclosed and converted to a conference room. The existing conference room in the office area will be divided with two walls into a break room and a small office. A wall will be added along a countertop at the secretary area, to separate the area from the remainder of the office area. The project includes the construction of six walls, the installation of one singe door and one double door, the modification of some ceiling grid and ceiling tiles, the modification of some light fixtures and some electric receptacles, and the modification of some ceiling HVAC grilles and diffusers...
