A. The Contractor shall furnish, deliver and install OFS and ConSet Office Furniture to VDOT’s Lockwood Building Loading Dock, 9120 Lockwood Blvd., Mechanicsville, VA 23116 per Attachment G Specifications and Pricing Schedule (Groups A, OFS Office Furniture, Group B ConSet Office Furniture and Furniture Location Plan). B. The product shall be new and unused, OFS and ConSet Office Furniture. If submitting a substitute, detailed specifications of each item substituted shall be submitted with the bid or within 2 days of the request of the VDOT Contract Officer. VDOT may also request samples/mockup for review. If requested, samples/mockup shall be sent to the VDOT Contract Officer within ten (10) calendar days of request. C. Installation shall be no later than September 15, 2025.
