For each off-site calibration, the Contractor shall: a. Utilize NIST traceable standards for the calibration. b. Affix a sticker to each piece of equipment or container indicating the date of calibration and the date recalibration is due (one year following at the end of the month). c. Provide a Calibration Certificate for each piece of equipment or weight meeting the criteria specified in ISO/IEC 17025, which contains the following: i. Report accurately, clearly, unambiguously and objectively; including all information requested by the customer and necessary for the interpretation of the results and all information required by the method used; ii. Title; iii. Laboratory name and address; location where test was carried out if different from lab;
