Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, and equipment to complete services in accordance with the specifications. B. The Contractor shall shred on-site at the Northern Laboratory. C. The Contractor shall contact the Contract Administrator to schedule the days for shredding services. D. The Contractor shall provide eight (8) 32-gallon locking consoles/bins for shredding services. a. The consoles/bins shall be clearly labeled “Shred White Paper Only” and shall be secure from unauthorized access, i.e. reaching through opening to retrieve a document, bypassing the locking mechanism with a device other than a key, etc. E. DFS reserves the right to add or delete any additional consoles/bins as needed due to business fluctuations. F. Materials shall be shredded by an industrial grade shredding machine using the crosscut method certified and approved for use by law enforcement, government and military organizations. DFS reserves the right to inspect and monitor the document destruction process, including at the Contractor’s facility. G. All of the Contractor’s vehicles and consoles/bins must be clearly identified with the company’s name.
