The Contractor shall provide envelopes in accordance with the specifications contained in the Pricing Schedule. All envelopes shall be boxed, packaged and delivered on skids that are shrink wrapped or plastic banded (no metal banding is permitted) for removal with forklift. Delivery hours are from 8-11 A.M., 1-3 P.M., Monday through Friday. All boxes shall fit the envelopes properly. No oversized boxes or cartons will be accepted. VCE will place orders throughout the year. Commercial/Official Envelope Flap Design: Envelopes furnished must be machine insertable and perform to the using agency’s satisfaction on their mailing and inserting equipment. Unless otherwise noted in the Pricing Schedule a variance of plus or minus 1/16” shall be allowed on all flaps of envelopes. Adequate Stock: Contactor(s) is/are expected to keep adequate stock on hand to meet deliveries with the prescribed delivery times and to the delivery locations identified within this solicitation and resultant contract. Estimated Quantities: Quantities shown in the Pricing Schedule are estimated usage quantities only and are based upon historical purchases and market trends. VCE does not guarantee the accuracy of such figures nor does VCE guarantee the purchase of any quantities.
