This project is a new Social Services building of approximately 35,500 square feet. The facility will include a lobby/check-in area, conference rooms, interview rooms, visitation rooms, offices, open workstations and support spaces. The facility will be constructed on County-owned land located at 8617 Dixon Powers Drive, 4003, 4005, 4007, 4009, 4013 and 4017 Hooper Road, and 8608, 8610, 8612 and 8614 Staples Mill Road. The site development will include parking for approximately 250 vehicles, drop-off and loading area at public building entrance, and separate staff entrance, staff and public parking areas will be segregated, and the parking areas will be accessed from Dixon Powers Drive.
