This project involves the inspection of the HVAC unit and replacement of nonfunctional HVAC parts to restore the unit to
full operational capability at the NAS Oceana Navy Inn.
All quotes must be submitted only to the Contracting Officer, Kaitlyn Garcia, kaitlyn.garcia@nexweb.org and the Contract Specialist, Lea Delacruz, leanat.delacruz@nexweb.org, in accordance with the RFQ. Please complete the following before returning your quote:
1. Complete Blocks 11, 13, 14, 15 and 16 on the top page of the RFQ
2. Complete Attachemnt 4 (Price/Cost Breakdown)
3. Complete Attachment 5 (Contractor Past Performance)
4. Complete Attachment 6 (Section K, Provisions)
Any and all RFIs shall be submitted to both the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer to the emails provided above.
