The selected Project Partner will be responsible for the complete delivery of the following: 1. Establishment of Natural Gas Tap • Design and construct a tap into the existing Patriot gas transmission line in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and industry best practices. 2. Immediate Infrastructure Support • Develop and install the infrastructure necessary to ensure immediate and reliable natural gas service to all existing lots within the Rich Creek Corporate Park. This includes necessary metering, regulation, and safety systems. 3. Future Distribution Capabilities 이 Design and install infrastructure components (e.g., stub-outs, oversized piping, valves) to facilitate seamless future expansion of gas service beyond the boundaries of the Park to nearby commercial users or developments.
