Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to completely remove and replace all eighteen (18) existing windows at the Azalea House residence located on the grounds of Natural Bridge State Park. A. Contractor Responsibilities i. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning, preparation, and inspection of window encasements for wood boring pests and any framing components that may have been compromised due to moisture damage and notify park of any visible issues that may cause future damage for treatment prior to installing new windows. ii. Contractor will be responsible for measuring all windows to ensure accurate sizing for replacement. iii. Contractor must prepare the workspace by covering floors to protect from construction dust and debris. iv. Carefully remove existing windows, ensuring minimal damage to surrounding areas. Remove all old caulking and insulation materials.
