The Contractor(s) shall provide a minimum of three (3) dump trucks with qualified operators, supervision, fuel, tools, parts, supplies and all incidentals as necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the sump trucks to perform general hauling services as listed in this IFB. The work will consist of, but will not be limited to, hauling asphalt from local plants to state projects, hauling materials such as fill dirt, stone, soil from ditching operations, broken concrete, rip rap, and trash debris from state maintenance yards to landfills. The quoted price for each dump truck shall include the dump truck with operator and all associated expenses including, but not limited to, fuel, maintenance, profit, direct and indirect costs, administrative cost, equipment and personnel transportation, cellular phones, pagers and hand-held radios. In the event of significant snowfall during the winter season, contractors may be required to haul snow from certain roadways to designated disposal areas.
