SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall supply the necessary equipment, fuel, labor, and all incidentals necessary to provide freezers and bagged ice to the locations listed on Attachment E. 1. The Contractor shall provide freezers that meet the specifications for each location and deliver bagged ice to the VDOT locations on Attachment E. 2. Contract will be awarded by Grand Total. Bidders are required to bid on all lines. 3. Freezers shall be equipped with stainless steel doors. 4. The Contractor shall provide a freezer in good working condition to maintain bagged ice at each location. 5. Freezers shall be delivered within five (5) business days of award of the contract. The Contractor shall coordinate delivery with each location to ensure VDOT staff is on-sight to accept and install the freezers. 6. The Contractor shall deliver ice within three (3) business days of VDOT request. 7. VDOT will provide adequate electrical services with sufficient voltage to operate the equipment without interruption and to use the equipment. VDOT will provide a suitable location for the equipment to enable the Contractor to have easy access for delivery of bagged ice.
