The National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA) and Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) are conducting a market survey to identify businesses capable of providing design, fabrication, and installation services for a new exhibit on the Corps of Engineers to honor the 25th Anniversary of September 11th, 2001. The exhibit will be installed in the Museum's 800 sq. ft. temporary Gallery on the third floor. This request is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) service contract.
Please see the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details. Please note this is the draft and we expect changes to be made.
Please note that interested vendors must be geographically located within 75 miles of Fort Belvoir, VA.
Market Survey Responses requested from interested vendors:
1. Company Name, Location, CAGE Code, and SAM UEI.
2. Describe any current or prior contract efforts with the U.S. Army, other military organizations, or the Federal Government related to exhibit services efforts. Please provide up to three (3) examples of your firm's experience as a prime contractor for Government contracts involving exhibit design, fabrication and installation, include the contract number and a brief title.
Please note all questions are due by 21 August 2025 at 11:00 AM EST and all answers will be posted no later than 22 August 2025 at 5:00 PM EST.
