Fixed-Price (FFP) provisions for the provision of New Waterproof 4.5mm Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. The Naval
Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk requests responses from qualified
sources capable of providing required services
