The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) seeks qualified contractors to submit proposals for the installation of wireless push button electrical door operators and new door hardware on existing
entry doors at the Windom Wetland Management District Headquarters building. The project shall also include replacement of the existing lever door handles with emergency exit device push bars
including keyed dogging matching the exterior locks(using same keys), and other misc. door hardware needed to complete the installation and compatible with the existing security system.
The proposed contractor shall provide a complete proposal for the proposed work including but not limited to design and selection of door hardware that will be suitable for this renovation,
electrical modifications, door hardware removal and installation, and testing/adjusting the new hardware. This project aims to enhance access for all visitors while meeting compliance with the
Americans with Disabilities Act - Architectural Barriers Act (ADA-ABA).
The Magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00
