The Town of St. Paul is seeking proposals from qualified mowing or landscaping company to provide mowing services for properties that are not adequately maintained by their owners and to contract out general mowing services handled by the Town. The purpose of this RFP is to ensure the upkeep of these properties in accordance with town ordinances and to enhance the overall appearance and safety of our community. The selected contractor will be responsible for mowing and maintaining properties that have been identified as not properly maintained by their owners. This includes: 1. Mowing: Regular mowing of grass and trimming around obstacles such as trees, fences, and structures. The contractor will also be responsible for all mowing services completed by the Town at the direction of the Town Manager or his designee.
