Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Identifying and dedicating a Move Team Lead for the duration of the contract. 2. Attendance at all move planning meetings prior to move, during move phases and post move. Premove meetings will take place prior to each move phase to ensure all critical activities are accounted for and identified. Move planning meetings are expected weekly, or as needed. 3. Providing sufficient and uninterrupted labor, equipment, supplies and vehicles for the duration of each move phase to include but not limited to plastic crates, dollies, cardboard boxes, colored labels, tape, security tags/ties, clear plastic zip-lock bags for computer equipment and accessories, C-bins, blankets, wall and floor protection, and other equipment required to accomplish the move. 4. Proper protection of and for computers, servers, racks, phones, and other IT equipment as identified during the planning meetings. IT staff will provide detailed requirements for preparing, packing, and transporting their equipment. 5. Physical loading and transportation of all equipment from 801 East Main Street to the new location 5600 Cox Road. Disconnection and reconnection of computer equipment will be the responsibility of others. 6. Moving state-owned property to include computers, phones, printers, large display monitors, supplies in storage rooms and its contents (some office furniture items may also be required to move). All display monitors and wall mounts to be removed from walls by movers. All glass wipe boards and mounts to be removed from walls and relocated/reinstalled and the new location, as identified during the move meetings. 7. Provision of approximately 2-3 boxes (or crates) per employee for office contents, files, etc. This will be determined during the planning meetings. 8. Relocation of items and equipment located in several storage areas on certain floors. 9. Empty remaining VDSS trash and surplus after relocation of staff. This will not include the cubicles, conference room tables and chairs, or any whiteboards (not identified) to be relocated. All network cables can remain in the ceiling. All other furniture to go to surplus or trash.
