In general, the Project will be concentrated on the ground level of the structure and will involve renovations and improvements of the existing space, including appliances and fixtures, to the structure. The following major changes are envisioned: • Replace the HVAC system in the conference room area, • Main level and front staircase floor coverings: remove existing carpet throughout the main level and staircase to the 2nd story except for the pantry/worship room. Refinish existing hardwood flooring where possible. Use durable LVP or high traffic laminate in areas where refinishing the existing hardwood flooring isn’t a viable option, • Kitchen: install new cabinets, hard surface countertops and appliances to include a large refrigerator, oven/stove, 2 microwaves, dishwasher and a toaster oven). Replace the existing sink with a new under counter mounted stainless steel sink and run waterline for the new refrigerator, • Partially remove the hallway wall currently shared between the kitchen and the hallway, if structurally feasible, to allow for a cabinetry peninsula with hard surface countertop, • New matching cabinetry and countertop in coffee bar area, • Paint kitchen, back hallway, bathroom(s) and conference room, • Update the lighting (including fixtures) in the kitchen, hallway leading into the conference room, downstairs bathroom(s) and conference room to include dimmable wall sconces and/or canned lights in the conference room, • Install durable counter with charging ports and seating in conference room, • Install a coordinating storage cabinet (approximately 30” high) in the conference room with doors and shelves,
