Contractor shall furnish and install 1 new Mitsubishi 12,000 BTU mini-split system to replace existing EMI. 2. Contractor shall include an indoor cassette, outdoor unit and thermostat. 3. The existing condenstate pump and refrigerant piping shall be reused. 4. Contractor will need to provide a crane to remove the old unit from roof and to set the new unit. 5. At the conclusion of the work, the Contractor shall demonstrate to the authorized SBVCC representative that the work is fully operational and in compliance with specifications and codes. Any deficiencies shall be promptly and permanently corrected by the Contractor at the Contractor's sole expense prior to final acceptance of the work. 6.Work area shall be cleaned after installation is complete. All old equipment shall be disposed of by EPA standards. 7. Work shall be performed during SBVCC’s normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 8. There will be a mandatory site meeting on Thursday August 7, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Attendees should ask for Joseph Smith upon entry to the facility. No one will be admitted after 2:30 p.m. and vendors who do not attend the meeting will not be able to bid on the work.
