Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Public Art Program seeks to enter into a price agreement with a qualified license Virginia Contractor capable of working closely with staff to plan and coordinate installation, conservation and maintenance services. To be considered, candidates must demonstrate the capability and resources to do the following: • permanently install 2-dimentional and 3-dimensional artwork • preform site preparation • pour foundations to accommodate free-standing artwork • masonry installation and repair • a variety of work that may include cleaning, graffiti removal, minor construction and maintenance procedures • review new public art project proposals for ease of maintenance and durability prior to fabrication or installation
